From March 9 to 10, the third "Belt and Road" Practice Simulation International Competition was held in East China University of Political Science and Law. Seventy-three universities including Renmin University of China, Peking University, Wuhan University and Fudan University participated in the competition. After a fierce competition, the Jiangsu University team won the team bronze award.

The third "Belt and Road" practice simulation negotiation international competition to take four public-private subject equal negotiation mechanism and mode, on the basis of the "Belt and Road" initiative within the project, by participating students on behalf of the investment enterprises, local government, local social organizations and intergovernmental international organizations, through negotiation, negotiation and other ways to resolve the core of the project dispute or cooperation issues. The event is held in English mode. This is the first time for the Jiangsu University team to participate in the practical simulation negotiation competition, which is another attempt of the new legal competition.

The representative team of Jiangsu University was guided by Prof. Peng Yayuan of our college, etc. Min Xinrui, Gao Lu, Guo Quansheng, Xu Xi, Xue Haolin, Qu Yujing, Xu Jiangyun and Miao Jiangyun attended the team.

All the team members prepared carefully from the winter vacation, with a clear division of labor and weekly discussion. Discuss the core issues in the case, including law, finance, environment, labor, geopolitics, etc. On the field, the players are calm, with clear roles, close cooperation, and cooperate with each other, showing the organic combination of win-win negotiation and negotiation incisively and vividly. At the same time, according to the on-site negotiation, the team members expressed their views accurately and calmly, timely adjusted the consultation strategies and provided solutions, and made a harmonious and orderly, reasonable and advanced and retired, showing the good spirit of the students of Jiangsu University.
